   I'm not sure what to make of this but since I upgraded a couple of days ago I have not been able to save a single change. I go into the theme editor, make the adjustment, click "Update File" and it times out.

   Anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

   Maybe a permissions thing.

   Check the permissions on wp-content and themes folders.

   Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this and it does not seem to help. As a matter of fact when I changed the permission the index would not load and my error page pops up.

   Any other suggestions?

   Have you tried making the changes by ftp?

   Yes but what sort of would defeat the point my using word press. Obviously something is wrong here.

   Well, no. There's no contradiction between using Wordpress and editing files by ftp. In fact it's far safer to edit files and upload them than it is to edit them on the web.

   That really wasn't my point. I do not always have my laptop with me and I miss wish to change something via my phone through the web-based interface that WordPress provides me. And now for some reason I am unable to do so.
