Push rel=”author” through head not working in Post pages

    WordPress version: 3.4.2
    WordPress SEO version: 1.3.3

    I followed the instructions in this link as it pertains to the WordPress SEO plugin to add the author image to posts and pages in the site. Further, I tested it with the rich snippet testing tool.

    I expected the plugin to add the <link rel=”author” href=””/> meta to all pages and posts on the site.

    Instead it only added the meta to the Home Page of the site.

    How do we get it to apply to individual post pages.

    Any Help?
