1.2.0 Broke this on my Multisite

I just updated earlier today. Now all 3 of the sites I have this activated on, on my Multisite network, are no longer displaying the notification bar! I’m in the process of rolling it back right now. But they don’t display on the front-end, or on the settings page in the admin, like it used to.

I almost didn’t install the update since the changelog said it only added a German translation. But I like to keep things up to date. Unfortunately, this update appears to have something preventing it from displaying (at least on my Multisite sites). Thanks.
