Can we use a POPUP on theme page of Jetpack subscription.

    hi,
    I am using jetpack email subscription and i want to show that in a popup window, whenever anyone visit on that page.
    it can be done on page load event etc but i am unaware of using jetpack email subscription other then sidebar.
    Can anyone help me in this regards?
