    Hi everyone

I have a blog and I have some problems with my blog. I’m not very familiar with coding and all that sort of things. I bought a blog and hired a programmer to make some changes. But there is a problem. If you visit my blog http://www.techkebap.com you see that it’s in Turkish and that some Turkish characters are not properly displayed. Characters Ş, İ Ö Ç for example are not correct. Can somebody help me with this problem? I searched the internet but people say to change database to UTF8 and my database is already UTF8. Help please!

Update: the problem occurs only in blog titles and menu names.

I think what is happening is that the Oswald font being used for titles and menus, does not have the Turkish characters you say are appearing incorrectly in its character set. So the browser is replacing them with a font that does have the Turkish characters.

Try changing the font used for titles and menus to something like Arial or Helvetica from the theme options if you can. Otherwise it will mean editing the CSS to remove and change the font.
