• How many plugins can we have on our blog? I have 17 and it won’t seem to take anymore. Is there a limit? How do you delete the ones you don’t want anymore?

    Excuse me. Could someone answer my question please.

    sandeshr, your blog is hosted @ wordpress.com

    You cannot upload plugins to wordpress.com blogs.

    Additionally, you are on the wrong support forums, try here:
    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

    scubadiver, No there is not a limit.

    You deactivate plugins by clicking the deactivate link on the right side of the screen next on the plugin row.

    You delete plugins the same way you uploaded them. Go to where they are — wp-content/plugins and delete the files. Every ftp client with any kind of features allows you delete files of the server.

    Hi whooami,
    Any help u can provide will be appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Regards

    Hi whooami,

    Where do I need to create blog so that I can use plugin feature ?

    thanks / Regards

    @sande
    If you have a web-host, where you can upload files to your own domain, then you can grab the free self-hosted WordPress installer from this site:
    http://wordpress.org/download/

    You install the blog yourself on your server. Then you can manage everything and change anything you want.
