New page help

I’m new to WordPress and have a question. I want to create a new page but don’t want it on the menu as a parent or under a parent page.

What I want to do is have a Gallery (parent) page which will have links to other pages. Each page (not on menu) will contain a box.net widget photo viewer.

So I want the Gallery page (on menu) to be an index of links that link to the other pages(pages I don’t want on any menu)to view photos. TIA
