Errors on Front Page & User Admin Page

    For what ever reason without warning not even 5 minutes after posting my last topic it was deleted so here we go again. I just Installed WP V2.2 and I get errors on the front page and in the admin console under the users tab.

    http://rickysmith.net are the errors i get on the front page

    Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/httpd/vhosts/rickysmith.net/httpdocs/wp-admin/users.php on line 55

    i’ve tried re downloading the zip 3 times and re uploading 6 and nothing works.

    Ontop of that if i go to edit different things where the text feild is it says Array, and when I try and delete a blog role user from the default it wont delete.

    I had some weird issues when I first installed WP 2.2 on my blog and it was due to how I created the account. I got errors very similar to yours. Don’t know if you have control of your Virtual Server, but I deleted and recreated the account and it reset PHP and a few other things – fixed it.

    Other than that, you may want to make sure you’re not having a Windows Zip issue. On Win2003 Server, I’ve noticed the built in unzip doesn’t work well at all. Might want to try Winzip or something else if you’re working on that platform.

    I’ve recreated the account, and tried a bunch of other stuff but can’t figure it out for the life of me.

    Having the same issue. Installed WP manually on my server. Having the same errors on main page and user page. Deleted this install and tried letting fantastico auto-install it. Same thing happened….

    Yeah i just downloaded and manually installed it. I’m also having the same exact problems with just the word array in all the text fields in the admin panel also the user page is blank.

    Hope someone finds a answer for this.
