   Does any one know any sites for Wordpress/Blog communities. Or a portal with categories of blog topics and interests? So others can read and share with other bloggers with similar interests?

   One of the purposes of WordPress Multi-User (WPMU) is to support the kind of community you ask about. There's a list of WPMU sites in the sidebar of:

   I should note that some of the WPMU sites never really got off the ground. And so I should provide some examples of active WPMU-supported communities:
