Title and Meta – Empty – Not working still sorry

I still have this issue unfortunately and not Calender Plugin installed

I am running 3.5 and Plugin 1.3.3
After update WP 3.5 TITLE and META appear Bank and the editing box on the individual pages can be expanded either

Would need help please
