How can I empty the IP cache?

According to that post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-avh-first-defense-against-spam-is-there-some-way-of-manually-clearing-the-ip-cache

So it should possible to clear the IP cache within the dashboard, but I can’t find this option anywhere. All I can do is use bulk action to delete 20 IPs at a time.
