sometimes any Twitter related plugin is unable to get tweets, because of Twitter servers rate limits or cache issues (or configuration errors).
The plugin works fine in the test and production websites we control, can you try again to load tweets? Also, you could get more details when enabling Debug mode.

I am having the same problem and get this error

What does this mean and how can i fix it?

Twitter servers limit requests by ip; if your website (server) exceeds 150 requests per hour, the plugin is unable to get tweets. The issue should fix itself after some hours.
when i ran the twitter widget and debugged I received this error. This is where my knowledge of computers ends. Please advise
