   The Post Preview window has been deleted entirely and has been replaced instead by a preview link above the content box.

   I have addressed this issue in my post at:

   I hope you haven't wasted as much time on this as I have.

   I too was surprised where it had gone. I also wasted some time figuring it out. Though it was a little slow, I personally found it very useful.
