Facebook Snippet/Post Preview Problem

    I have a problem with the FB Snippet/preview. Instead of the Meta description template and the Title Template should appear, the title of the Latest Post and its description is added. I have updated a post and the description of the post appears on FB with the title of the latest post I have.

    When it comes to google + ; The Tile template appears together with the Title of the latest post. and the description is the description of the latest post.

    Please help me with it Joost. I having a really hard time trying to figure out what’s wrong with it.

    When it comes to google indexed pages including the homepage, it all goes fine.

    I also tried to reset the plugin. Still the same problem.
