After upgrade to 3.5 post editor window is too high

I upgraded to 3.5 from 3.4.2. First, it worked like a charm. I was working on a post. Then I switched to full screen mode and switched back. When I switched back my editor window remained very high.

I tried dragging the right bottom corner of the editor window to make it smaller. It works as long as I don’t save and reload page. Every time I reload, it goes back to huge height. The width is ok though.

I checked it with chrome’s developer tools. It seems that wp-content-editor-container layer is 5000 pixels tall. content_ifr iframe is 4951px tall. Where it takes these values from and how can I make it normal again?
