I should note that I just posted a new post and the comment box is there. Also, any previous comments made are not showing up on the blog, although they are still there in the admin comments section .
deactivate all the plugins and check to reactivate that plugin to solve the problem
viky081 I already deactivated all the plugins and noted initially. Comments are showing on posts but comments are showing as Closed. There are no pending comments.
check in the admin screen
Settings—>Discussions
from that you see the option with the name as
other comments settings
uncheck
automatically close comments on articles older than ** days
hi viky081, that box is unchecked already. Really not sure what the problem is. It is acting as though the box is checked.
switching the twenty 11 theme to 20 12 theme and let me know if the problem persist !

Today I noticed that all comment boxes disappeared from my blog on all posts (lindawhitehead.ca). As far as I can see everything about showing comments is checked off. I deactivated all plug-ins and reactivated them individually. I upgraded to version 3.5 of WP. I am not a techie person at all and know nothing about code. Please advise what I should do.
