Extract PDF Links from Page

I’m building an intranet for an organization and we’re using wp-filebase-pro to manage the documents (mostly pdfs). They’re listed on a page using jquery datatables after being pulled from the database.

Can anyone give me a hint as to how to get these into the search index? The metadata and full paths are stored in their own db tables like wpfb_files and wpfb_files_id3.
