Image upload auto edior

I am curious if there is a plug-in out there that allows you to upload an image and wordpress crop the image. This would allow you to post it right away verses having to edit each an image for each individual post you create. To me, images are what make the post.

Anything like this yet? Even something that could change the image up a tad after upload. What I am doing manually you can see at http://www.myofficespace.us Site is SFW, (Some links are NSFW though.)
