I know people hate horizontal scroll, but...
Is there a Wordpress theme out there that scrolls horizontally instead of vertically? I've been looking for a while and haven't been able to find one.
If there isn't one available, what would I need to do to patch one together?

The problem that would arise is that you would need to know the height of every post written. Since blogs are generally not designed in this manner, you are unlikely to find a theme already made.

You might check out thehorizontalway.com its the only available side scrolling theme that I am aware of.

I withdraw my previous post, that wasn't the site I was thinking of, its not a wordpress theme, let you know when I find the correct one.
This is the only one I can remember:
