is there some kind of hack that can hide images from private posts? Meaning on a private post I can hide the post, but if someone has access to the image url, it can be seen by anyone. How can I stop that?

I see this message.
This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Is there anything else out there that is supported still? Thanks for the suggestion

It might still work, give it a try. Sometimes plugins are simple, do what they need to do and don’t need updating.
