Manage Roles and Caps across WP in Netowrk Mode

    For anyone else curious.

    Since I didnt get an answer and didnt want to spend time figuring this out for myself. I found an alternate plugin to accomplish what I was looking for. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/

    It claims to do what I want. Im still in the testing phase and I wont likely share my experience here since its not the relevant location.
