Are you using the latest WP 3.5? It is a breeze with the new media manager. Just click on the gallery and press the edit button that shows up, and then you can edit the image links and other attribute in each image in the gallery.
yes I am using 3.5. When I click with my mouse on the edit button it turn blue for a sec and comes back, it doesn’t let me edit it. I see the edit button but can’t click on it like I said. That is the problem.
– Have you tried to edit them from the media manager (as opposed to clicking on the thumbnail of the gallery that is inserted on your page)?
– Are you logged on as admin (with the privilege to edit the images?)
– Have you tried an alternate Browser? (MS Internet Explorer 7 & 8 have weird problems with admin)
I am logged in as admin, and I don’t see media manager anywhere on the page, where would it be located?
I am using firefox.
I can minimally edit from the media manager, like the caption and description but not able to add a border or a link the image to a url?
