I am not receiving form results.

Hello, I am testing the form on my site and am receiving the green box with the “your message has been submitted” type text. However, I am not receiving anything in my email. I have not made the site live yet. We are using the ip address for everything right now because there is a splashpage set up for current sign ups. Does anyone know if this ip thing has anything to do with it not working? I have tried the configure smtp thing but that isn’t working yet. Please help.
