Attachments in Temporary Folder Not Deleted

    I happened to notice that email attachments are not being deleted from the temporary uploads folder. (And I don’t think they were protected because the deny directive in the .htaccess file in the temporary folder won’t work on Windows as far as I know.)

    I defined a new temporary folder in wp-config that’s more difficult to access, but the temporary files are still not being deleted after the email is sent. The folder I’m using is the same folder that WordPress uses for temporary media uploads.

    Any ideas why the files wouldn’t be removed? 🙂
