CPT URL & Setup Issue

    Hello Everyone,
    I am having a few issues with the theme I purchased, and even though the theme developer says that it cannot be fixed. I know that it can, just not how to do it specifically.

    The website I have is http://seolinktools.com and the theme added the functionality to have reviews, added as a CPT. The original URI structure for the CPT was /tools/%postname%/ (tools is the name if the CPT). What I want to change this to is /tool-developer/postname.

    I guess the best way to do this would be through parent-child CPTs, how would I be able to configure that functionality?
