    This is a PHP setting on your server, not really a problem with the plugin. Your settings do not allow your you upload files to the temp directory for processing. If you check with your hosting provider, they may be able to tell you how to change the settings to allow it. They may not, as some hosts do not allow changing the settings, but you can try.
