Weekly archive and RSS feed update?

Hello

Currently I’m using feedburner email digest, which pulls the RSS from my site and emails out a daily digest, if there has been any posting activity that day.

But I’d like to automate this to alternatively send out a weekly digest (instead of daily. Feedburner doesn’t have this option. Feedblitz does but it costs)

Just wondering if it’s possible to create a weekly archive in WP which only gets updated per week, and then pull the RSS from that for feedburner.

Is this possible?
