   OK So my site is here: http://truthera.com

   I want the "Fair Use Notice" page to NOT display on the menu but I want to have the page on the site, I only want it linked in the footer.

   What do I have to do?? If I make it private, only I can see it.

   Simply, write it in the form of an html file and include it anywhere at your website.

   I think virtuexru meant how to exclude a page from the page list.
