   What do I do if a user forgets his/her password? How can I retrieve them?
   Thanks in advance :)

   umm.... use the lost password feature?

   Not wanting to be mean... but did you try the Search as it says in the right upper corner: Search first?
   For "lost password" you'll really get a few good results.
