I'm trying to find the "Role Manager" plugin if it still exists. I have a WordPress blog that I need people to be able to create new posts, edit their own posts, and upload files/images, but "NOT" publish them without the admin's approval.
Right now, the Contributor role allows people to create and edit posts but not upload images (which is not enough) but the Author role allows too much as users can publish posts.
Can anyone help or direct me to where a good plugin might be? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. Just did it, works great and it's exactly what I was looking for.
Does Role manager still work for the latest versions of WP? I get errors trying to rename an existing role and creating a new role just doesn't work at all.
I cannot find a support page for Owen Winkler's plugin (redalt has nothing) and asymptomatic has nothing... there's something about forkpress and dropping all support for wordpress...?

I just installed Role Manager on 2.5 and it worked brilliantly - just used it to add file upload to Contributor roll.
