  • Hi,

I have the same question except, in my case, I’m applying lists formating to Features content but that is all removed. That is definitely not what I expected. Is there a way to get Features to leave the HTML code through?

    Hi guys,

Thanks for your feedback on this.

We are looking into how best to handle the relationship between the excerpt and the content, here.

The reason we moved to using the_excerpt() is because we received feedback that users were using the feature detail screen (which clicking through to the single feature permalink) and adding large amounts of content to the WYSIWYG editor. They were looking for a short piece of content on the features list, with their larger content after the click-through.

We’ll be exploring this further in the plugin’s next development cycle.

For future reference, issues are listed on GitHub here: http://github.com/woothemes/features/issues/

    Thanks and regards,
    Matty.

    Hi all,

Version 1.2.2 (just deployed) resolves this issue. 🙂

    Thanks and regards,
    Matty.
