wp_list_bookmarks(); not working

I’m using 2.1.3.
Hemingway theme variant.

I’m using wp_list_bookmarks(); in a “block” (blogroll).
It’s working locally (my powerbook) but not working on the server the site is hosting on. No error, just nothing printed to the page.

The code is exactly the same.
http://www.craigknott.co.uk/ is the live version not working.
http://scidept.dyndns.org/~bjclark/wordpress/ is the local version that is working.

Any ideas?
