HELP – Comments off, date off, user off, categories off?

can you help?
i really want to remove the extra field data from my individual posts. This includes “who posted it”, “the date”, “which category”, “comments on/off”, from all my posts.
For example on this page http://www.lostintransit.com.au/articles/index.php
i want to remove “Rob April 21st, 2007” and “The Americas – Comments off” from the “Head space in Chile” post on http://www.lostintransit.com.au/articles/index.phpAny ideas? THanks in advanced…
