Comment-popup Displaying index.php

    Ok so I finally got my site configured to work with WP.

    Everything is working perfectly, but the comments.

    When you click on comments, it opens the pop-up, but it displays the index.php

    Go to my site.

    http://www.brennanx.net

    Under Journal.

    Any Ideas would be helpful.

    I have the same problem like yours..
    I tried to compare code by code to comment.php file of other theme and i didn’t find any problem.. but still when you hit “submit comment” button it goes to index.php..

    please let me know if you’re able to find answer on this..
