Adding Site Search to your site

I have looked around for a while and scanned the web for a solution to add “search everything” on my site. Seems like the big ones (google, bing, …) cannot offer a solution. The thing is that I want the visitors to find not only pages and documents, but images, sounds, videos, and so on as well. Nor could I find a wp plugin for it. The best I have found so far is the the All Site Search service from http://www.allsitesearch.com . It’s not a plugin but it seems very easy (4 steps) to add the search. Best/Rick
