    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /<path>/wp-content/plugins/menu-on-footer/menu-on-footer.php on line 14

    WP 3.4.2
    Tried with both Atahualpa 3.7.10 (the intended theme) and TwentyTen 1.2 (hey, it’s what was handy).

    No other plugins active.

    Any ideas?

    Billc,

    my question may be stupid but you’re about to have correctly uploaded the plugin?
    The file “wp-content/plugins/menu-on-footer/options.php” Is this good?

    I probably should have thought of that myself.

    Downloaded a fresh copy and it’s working fine now.
