   Hello
   i'd like to know if its possible
   how to change the date style when i post something do i need to use another theme ? or there is a plugin for that ?

   Typically, posts display is controlled by your theme's index.php. You'll want to look at the template tag, the_time, and the date/time formatting abilities.
