Hi, first of all your custom content type manager is a great tool. Really happy to have found it and I will certainly use it in a lot of project in the future. However one thing I cannot figure out: I created a content type “exhibition” for a project in our village where a lot of artists will participate, they will be allowed to create a page with a predefined structure (pictures, biography, address) and I created this custom type successfully. But now I would like to see it appear in the “user role editor” as I would like to assign a role “artists” and he she will be allowed to edit (not te create or delete) the exhibition content. However the user role editor only shows options for posts an pages not for my freshly created exhibition, any help will be welcome.

WordPress permissions are a whole other topic. Check out the Role Scoper plugin — it should be able to help.

Current version of CCTM supports full customization of capabilities via the Advanced tab in the “Capabilities” and “Map Meta Cap” fields, so I think this is fair to mark as resolved. Please post back if there’s something specific with the CCTM that I can address.
