   I have a link for a flickr page that I want to include in my blogroll. The link includes the @ symbol, but unfortunately the blogroll doesn't seem to allow this symbol within a URL (it just gets deleted), and so I am left with a broken link.

   Try it yourself, the link is
   http://www.flickr.com/photos/18027381@N00/sets/72157600055541250/

   Anyone know a way round this? Or should I just report this as a bug?

   Does replacing the @ symbol with @ work?

   However I understood that anything before an @ symbol in a URL was ignored by the browser.

   No, this doesn't work. Wordpress just deletes the symbol whenever I try to make the link.

   How frustrating!!

   I see that my post didn't display correctly. What I wrote was have you tried replacing the @ symbol with & #64; (but without the space).
