I figured out why the admin consule was not loading and instead showing me a "page cannot be displayed" error. Its because it was using version 2.1.3. My other blog on verstion 2.0.5 runs fine...no issues....but 2.1.3.
So I suggest you remove the "stable" from this release...cause it sure isn't.
Works okay for me.

ok, I take this back. I thought it was 2.1.3 but its not.
Its seem that my blog #2 works fine, but blog #1 does not. It is not allowing me to get to the admin page. It just has a "page cannot be displayed". So I thought blog #2 had an older version, but in fact it was the newest release. So, the reason for blog #1 not working is stil a mystery. I have reset ane removed the databases many time and reinstalled a few time...seems like the Blog #1 location does not want to run it.
I am out of ideas
