• I just logged in to review my latest round of assistance and this review was sitting here–so it must not have sent like a year ago and since I think the scheduling I talk about below is still an issue, I will include this old comment.
As for today, the fix was so simple and as always you guys were quick to answer my ticket and now I have an opt-in at my main site off WordPress instead of a link to an opt-in page. YAY!

    I debated about giving this a 4 or a 5.
The support from the team is 5+…it’s 35–and I am using the free version!
I’m giving it 4 because though the scheduling feature is now available I want to be able to schedule my newsletters from posts that are scheduled but not published yet. Then I could schedule the newsletter and the post to go out at the same time.
But that is minor–since I can still come in and do it, but it would be a nice feature.
Another things–that is even more minor–I have a few saved templates that I use for creating newsletters. I have a few in case I accidently delete one, so that’s just a back-up measure. But I wish instead that I could have a template saved and instead of creating a newsletter by duplicating that unsent newsletter, I could just have a file of templates and choose from the file. That way those templates would not be in the list of newsletters where it looks like I have a few drafts that were created ages ago and are still unsent.

  • Thanks for the kind feedback:

    1. The problem with allowing scheduled post in a newsletter, is that if the newsletter is sent before the post is published… it might be empty. Hmmm… maybe we should allow it and leave the responsibility to the user.

    2. We agree. Duplicating is fun. But for thos who manage multiple lists, it becomes quite messy. We’re going to redesign this a bit in the future. More to come!

    Cheers, Kim
