Arrow Keeps spinning on only one form

I read in the FAQ about the arrow continually spinning after clicking on submit and how it was probably a conflict with a plugin or theme, but two of my contact forms are working just fine. I thought maybe it was a problem with how many fields there are(11), but I built another form on another site with that many with no problems and I deleted the last nine and it still didn’t work. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
