Simple database input and output plugin

    Hi,

    I love wordpress.
    I need a plugin, where people/member can
    1. Input a data (number and string)
    2. Data being stored inside wordpress
    3. Admin can edit the data
    4. People/member can request specific data.

    Is anyone know any plugin that do sort of this thing ?
    I tried contact form 7, but i am unable to do the #4.
