Correct settings to dump/export WP database in Adminer?

    Hey, thanks for this plugin.

    I was wondering if there was an optimal or correct set up in the Adminer dump screen for backing up and exporting the WordPress database.

    Specifically the three fields (w/ dropdowns and check boxes): Database, Tables and Data. What should the be ideally set to?

    I set Output zo gzip2, is very small. The other fields leave on default or see the description on mysql documentation for this usecase. Like this for TRUNCATE
