Link Harvest plugin

Hello.

I am trying to use the link harvest plugin (http://alexking.org/projects/wordpress/readme?project=link-harvest) but keep getting an error saying “The link harvest failed, make sure you have harvesting enabled in your options.” when I harvest the links. I have deleted the options from the DB and made sure I have harvesting enabled.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
