Facebook Social Like Button

First of all, my site is frun7.com. I have a like button under each post on the home page.

My problem is that when a user clicks the like button they are liking the current page which is the home page. I want them to be liking the respective post’s single page that the like button is under and doing this from the home page.

I know this has something to do with the linking to the post’s permalink but I don’t know how to do this. Please help!!!????

***Note: I’m doing this through Facebook’s social plugin, specifically the like button, not a social wordpress plugin. Also, I am doing this through the HTML5 code that the plugin gives you, perhaps I need to use IFRAME or something else to implement the solution?***
