Facebook Link does not direct to post

Hi community,

I have recently created a website with wordpress and I installed the sharing option, which allows you to feed a summary and link to your facebook or twitter accounts. The automatic feed worked just fine, but I realized that when I click the link provided, it redirected me to an error page, instead of the post

http://denver.dumb1.com/

What does this mean? Is there any way to rectify this issue?

Just some background info. I had recently transferred the domain (wwhcurrent.com) from a previous provider (eNom) to a new provider (BlueHost). I suppose this might have contributed to the problem?
