Links are missing

    Hi all,
    I have installed WordPress. All the pages are working and running fine. The problem that I am facing is that certain links are missing. Like for example, when I click on “Manage”, all the posts are listed. Against each row, three links are provided; View, Edit, Delete. When I click on “View”, a page is opened listing all the files in current directory. Same problem is also occured on various locations. Can any body tells me what I am missing? I am using WordPress 2.1.2, PHP 5.2.1, MySql 4.1, Windows Xp and IIS 5.1.
