Forums » Plugin: W3 Total Cache » Why w3 total cache has messed up my stats?

  • Hi, I recently installed in my blog w3 Total cache, and I´ve realized that since I installed it, has reduced the daily count of visitors of the plugin slimstat.

I think it´s worth to say, the daily visitors that slimstat shows is much lower than the stats that Google analytics shows. So, I think, w3 total cache don´t allow slimstat to track data.

I don´t what it is. Can somebody help me?

  • Are you using “disk enhanced” as a page cache? If so then cached pages are served without talking to wordpress. If you switch to disk, APC or memcached then your stats should work, but your site will be slightly slower. Alternatively you could just use Google analytics.

Did you use auto minify js script?
Try to use manual and add script yourself (don’t add the counter js)
