   Twitter Tools is working great except last night it created duplicate digest posts. Version 1b3

   Also, I can't use "'" apostrophes in the title since it "/'" escapes them.

   I've got code in there to try to avoid race conditions, but I guess it isn't 100% foolproof. I'll see about adding additional checks.

   Also, I can't use "'" apostrophes in the title since it "/'" escapes them.

   I'm sure this makes sense to you, but it isn't enough info to make sense to me. ;)

   in the title of the digest it outputs
   /'
